EMPLOYEE BENEFITS TRUST MEETING
AUGUST 9, 1994
Present:
Greg Humbach, Chair.
James Berzina, City Manager
Fred Werner, Director of Finance
Jan Stricklin, Employee Benefits Administrator
Gail Garmon, Employee Benefits Coordinator
The meeting was called to order by Mr. Humbach at 3:05 PM
Agenda Item:
Discussion and Approval of establishing new bank
account.
Mr. Werner stated that as a result of the forgery
attempt in California, he was recommending that
a new account be opened to prevent any future
attempts to pass forged checks on the Employee
Benefits Trust account.
Ms. Stricklin stated that there is nothing wrong with
the system itself and that the new account will
be opened only to prevent further forgeries from
passing through the account.
Mr. Humbach noted that a resolution would have to be
adopted establishing approval of the new bank account.
He called for a motion to approve the resolution_
The motion was made by Mr.Werner, seconded by Mr.
Berzina. The motion passed unanimously.
There being no further business to bring before the
Board, the meeting was adjourned at 3 :12 PM.
