Wichita Falls, according to the plat of record in Volume 22, Page 244, Wichita County Plat
Records, and more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a mag nail found at the Northwest corner of said Cahill tract and said Lot 5,
said Block 12, in the East line of Tobago, at the Southwest corner of Lot 4, said Block 12,
for the Northwest corner and PLACE OF BEGINNING of this tract;
THENCE S 75' 00' 36" E with the North line of said Cahill tract and said Lot 5 and the
South line of said Lot 4, a distance of 139.84 feet to an iron rod in concrete found at the
Northeast corner of said Cahill tract and said Lot 5 and the Southeast corner of said Lot 4,
in the West line of a 20' alley, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 14' 51' 23" W with the East line of said Cahill tract and said Lot 5 and the West
line of a 20' alley, a distance of 100.30 feet to an iron rod in concrete found at the
Southeast corner of said Cahill tract and said Lot 5, in the West line of a 20' alley, at the
Northeast corner of Lot 6, said Block 12, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 74' 49' 23" W with the South line of said Cahill tract and said Lot 5 and the
North line of said Lot 6, a distance of 139.89 feet to an iron rod found at the Southwest
corner of said Cahill tract and said Lot 5 and the Northwest corner of said Lot 6, in the
East line of Tobago, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 14' 53' 06" E with the West line of said Cahill tract and said Lot 5 and the East
line of Tobago, a distance of 99.84 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.32
acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, watercourses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed and further warrants that
he has lawful authority to make such dedications.
