THENCE N 68' 57' 31" W a distance of 152.75 feet to an iron rod found in the West line of
said Lot 4 and the East line of Lot 6, said Block 25, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 12' 37' 06" E, with the West line of said Lot 4 and Lot 3 and with the East line
of said Lot 6 and the East line of Lots 7 and 8, said Block 25, a distance of 110.05 feet to
a point on a sewer manhole, at the Northwest corner of said Lot 3 and the Southwest
corner of said Lot 2, for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 72' 41' 08" E, with the South line of said Lot 2 and the North line of said Lot 3
at, 63.8 feet pass the West line of a transformer pad, at 71.1 feet pass the East line of a
transformer pad and continuing on the same course a total distance of 152.31 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.41 acre of land.
