WICHITA FALLS FIREMEN'S RELIEF & RETIREMENT FUND
Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of October 2025, the Board of Trustees of the Wichita Falls
Firemen's Relief& Retirement Fund will hold the regular monthly board meeting at 3 pm in the conference
room of MWH Group, P.C. located at 624 Indiana Ave., Wichita Falls, TX. The Items to be discussed or
considered or upon which any formal action may be taken are listed below in the agenda.

A. Foster& Foster to present an updated Funding Policy.
4. Discussion and approval of the minutes of the meeting held on September 17, 2025.
5. Financial Report:
A. Review and approval of Assets.
B. Review and approval of Expenses.

A. Discussion and possible action to approve the review and update of the Plan's
Funding Policy.
B. Discussion and possible action to approve the funding for the 2026 TEXPERS
membership dues.
C. Discussion and possible action to approve the refund of contributions to Ethan
Twilligear.
D. Notice of the passing of retired firefighter Charles Holley.
