Agenda. People wishing to address the Commission should sign up prior to
the meeting commencing. A five-minute time frame will be adhered to for
those addressing their concerns.

Consider taking action on a conditional use to allow for a day habilitation in a
Single Family -2 (SF-2) zoning district.
Case C 25 — 21 2104 Taft Street
Consider taking action on a conditional use to allow for the conversion of a
non-conforming use of a cabinet shop to a multi-tenant building with a
physical therapy office and barbershop in a Single Family -2 (SF-2) zoning
district.
