1. CALL TO ORDER:
Jim Heiman called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m.
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The minutes from March 25, 2021 were put before the Board for approval. Alan
Donaldson made the motion to approve the minutes and Larri Jacoby seconded
the motion.
3. DEPARTMENTAL REPORT:
A. RECREATION: Scott McGee
• See attached hand out from Recreation
B. Parks: Terry Points
• See attached hand out from Parks
4. Other Business, Announcements, Comments:
• Revisited Park Boards mission & services provided as an advisory
board.
• Handed out a copy for the 2020-21 city budget for Parks dept. &
Recreation dept.
• Went over the Parks & Recreation 5 year Capital Improvement for FY
2020/21 — 2024/25.
• Alan Donaldson suggested dividing Park Board members, into sub
committees to work on different projects and when done to take to
the City Council for approval.
• Motion was made to approve sub-committees for Park Board
members. Thomas Taylor approved the motion and Larri Jacoby
seconded the motion.
• Recommendation was also made for Thomas Taylor to head up the
Parks review sub-committee.
5. Adjournment:
Meeting was adjourned at 2:30 p7.
