2. Public hearing regarding a proposed destination retail and sports facilities land acquisition
project located at 3111 Midwestern Parkway (Sikes Senter Mall property).
3. Consideration of a resolution approving a$3,500,000 performance agreement with the Wichita
Falls Economic Development Corporation related to a destination retail and sports facilities
land acquisition project located at 3111 Midwestern Parkway, Wichita Falls, Texas
4. Adjourn.

located off the east parking lot on the Sixth Street entrance. Spanish language interpreters, interpreters for the deaf,
Braille copies, or any other special needs will be provided to any person requesting a special service with at least 24
