Consider taking action on a conditional use to allow for a tattoo studio within
the Central Business District (CBD).

(LI) to Single Family -2 (SF-2) zoning district to allow for the construction of a
single-family dwelling (detached).

Public hearing and take action on a request to rezone +/- 1 .22 acres of land
located at 1101 , 1103, 1105, 1107, 1109, 1111 , & 1113 Alma St. (Lots 8-14,
Block 4, Southland) from Limited Office (LO) to General Commercial (GC)
zoning district and amend the Land Use Plan from Low Density Residential
(LDR) to Commercial (COM) to allow for the construction of a medical office.

Case R 25 — 09 1913 & 1917 Speedway Avenue and 2010 Avondale Street
Public hearing and take action on a request to rezone +/- 1 .90 acres of land
located at 1913 & 1917 Speedway Ave, and 2010 Avondale St. from Single
Family -2 (SF-2) to Multi-Family Residential (MFR) zoning district and amend
the Land Use Plan from Low Density Residential (LDR) to High Density
Residential (HDR) to allow for the construction of condominiums.

TA 25-01 — Heart of the Falls Neighborhood Overlay Text Amendments and
Zoning Boundary Changes
Public Hearing and take action on an ordinance amending the Code of
Ordinances, Appendix B: Zoning, creation of a special overlay district for the
Heart of the Falls Neighborhood Revitalization Area and development
regulations with zoning boundary changes and land use plan changes.
