Resolution making appointments to various Boards and Commissions
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls is a Home Rule municipality with the authority
to make appointments to boards and commissions to assist in the governance and
oversight of municipal affairs; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interest of the City to appoint
qualified individuals to boards and commissions; and,
WHEREAS, all appointees meet the eligibility requirements set forth by the City
Charter, City Code of Ordinances, or other governing documents applicable to each board
or commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1 . The following individuals are hereby appointed to serve on the boards and
commissions of the City of Wichita Falls as indicated below, for the terms specified:
(a) 4A Wichita Falls Economic Development Corporation
Place 1 — Reno Gustafson, term to expire 09/30/2028
(b) 4B Sales Tax Corporation
Place 1 — Darrell Coleman, term to expire 07/31/2027
Place 2 — Craig Reynolds, term to expire 07/31/2027
Place 5 — Nicholas Schreiber, term to expire 07/31/2027
Place 7 — Stephen Santellana, term to expire 07/31/2027
(c) Helen Farabee Centers Board of Trustees
Place 8 — Jessica Traw, term to expire 08/31/2027
Place 9 — David Cook, term to expire 08/31/2027
(d) Housing Authority Board
Place 1 — Robert Eason, term to expire 07/31/2027
Place 3 — Marvin Peevey, term to expire 07/31/2027

Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to notify the appointed individuals and ensure
that records of these appointments are maintained in accordance with applicable laws
and policies.
