Res 074-2025 Purchase Dell Computers from UniqueDigital 07/15/2025 Resolution No. 74-2025
Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents
necessary to purchase 144 Dell computer workstations from
UniqueDigital in the amount of$111,429
WHEREAS, the City's 2024-25 budget includes $144,000 to replace 144 computer
workstations that are in excess of 5 years old or older, are no longer supported by the
manufacturer, and have an outdated Operating System; and,
WHEREAS, Bids were received from various State DIR Vendors for the purchase
of these computers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute all documents necessary to
purchase 144 computer workstations from UniqueDigital in the amount of
approximately $111 ,429.
