WICHITA FALLS FIREMEN'S RELIEF & RETIREMENT FUND
Notice is hereby given that on the 16th day of July 2025, the Board of Trustees of the Wichita Falls Firemen's
Relief& Retirement Fund will hold the regular monthly board meeting at 3 pm in the conference room of
MWH Group, P.C. located at 624 Indiana Ave., Wichita Falls, TX. The Items to be discussed or considered
or upon which any formal action may be taken are listed below in the agenda.
AGENDA:
1. Call to Order.
2. Invitation for Public Comment.
3. Presentations:
A. Greg Kiesewetter with Cook Castle Associates, LLC will present a proposal
for the 2025 fiduciary liability insurance coverage.
B. Henry &Peters to present the 2023 Financial Audit Report.
4. Discussion and approval of the minutes of the meeting held on June 18, 2025.
5. Financial Report:
A. Review and approval of Assets.
B. Review and approval of Expenses.
6. New Business:
A. Discussion and possible action to approve the 2025 fiduciary insurance
renewal quote.
B. Discussion and possible action to approve the 2024 Financial Audit.
C. Notice of the Passing of Retired Captain Harley Shaw.
D. Discussion and possible action to approve the survivor benefits for Shirley
Shaw.
E. Discussion and possible action to approve the funding for registration and
travel expenses for Board Members to attend the TEXPERS and TLFFRA
2025 summer conferences.

A. Discussion and possible action on items pertaining to the Plan's FSRP.
