WHEREAS Donna Louise Brunner is the owner of a 0.29 acre tract of land by deed recorded
in Document #20255834 and Document #20255835, Official Public Records of Wichita County,
said tract being Lots 14 and 15, Block 13, Hillcrest Addition, an addition to the City of
Wichita Falls, according to the plat of record in Volume 2, Page 103, Wichita County Plat
Records, and more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the Northwest corner of said Brunner tract and said Lot
15 and the Northeast corner of Lot 16, in the North line of said Block 13, said Hillcrest
Addition, in the South line of 34th Street, for the Northwest corner and PLACE OF BEGINNING
of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 29' 48" E with the North line of said Lots 15 and 14 and the South line of
34th Street, a distance of 99.94 feet to a bent iron rod found at the Northeast corner of
said Brunner tract and said Lot 14, in the South line of 34th Street, at the Northwest corner
of Lot 13, said Block 13, said Hillcrest Addition, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 24' 19" W with the East line of said Brunner tract and said Lot 14 and the
West line of said Lot 13, a distance of 125.11 feet to an iron rod set at the Southeast
corner of said Brunner tract and said Lot 14, at the Southwest corner of said Lot 13, in the
North line of a 15' alley, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 30' 21" W with the South line of said Brunner tract and said Lots 14 and 15
and the North line of a 15' alley, a distance of 99.97 feet to a capped iron rod found at the
Southwest corner of said Brunner tract and said Lot 15 and the Southeast corner of said Lot
16, in the North line of a 15' alley, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 25' 10" E with the West line of said Brunner tract and said Lot 15 and the
East line of said Lot 16, a distance of 125.12 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 0,29 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, watercourses, drains, easements and public places
