Resolution authorizing the execution of a Memorandum of Agreement
between the City of Wichita Falls and Robert McBroom, MD, FACP for
the provision of medical services to the Wichita Falls-Wichita County
Public Health District
WHEREAS, the Health District provides a Tuberculosis (TB) clinic, a Sexually
Transmitted Infections (STI) clinic, and an immunization clinic; and,
WHEREAS, the Health District and Dr. McBroom desire to enter into a contract for
the provision of Medical Director and Local Health Authority.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: The Memorandum of Agreement by and between
the City of Wichita Falls and Robert McBroom, MD, FACP for the provision of medical
services for the Wichita Falls-Wichita County Public Health District in the amount of
$100,000 is hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized to execute said
Agreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney, on behalf of the City of Wichita Falls.
