a. Nominating an application from Custom Metal Services, Inc.
for an Enterprise Project. (CityCouncil Bill #359 )
b. Approving certain grants to arts agencies as recommended by
the Wichita Falls Arts Commission and authorizing the City
Manager and the Arts Commission to enter into contracts with
such agencies. (City Council Bill #360)

(1) Annual evaluation of the City Council appointees as
authorized by Section 551.074 of the Texas
Government Code.
