AGENDA: The following matters will be discussed:
1. Call to Order.
2. Review of meeting minutes from the May 22, 2025, meeting.
3. City Meet and Confer Discussion and Contract Negotiation with the
Wichita Falls Police Officers’ Association.
3. Adjourn.
Public Notice
Public membersare encouraged to observe and monitor the deliberations, but active participation
in discussions or presentations is expressly prohibited.
Representatives for either the City or the Association may suspend the meeting at any time
during the proceedings for consultation with their attorney(s). Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the
Texas Government Code, the City and Association’s deliberations are closedto the public during
this period.
The use of cellular phones or sound-activatedpagers is prohibited while deliberations are being
conducted. Please step outside the meeting room should you elect to utilize these devices.
Wheelchair or handicapped accessibility to the meeting is possible by using the handicapped
parking spaces. Spanish language interpreters, deaf interpreters, Braille copies, or any other
special needs will be provided to any person requesting a special service with at least 24 hours’
