Res 064-2025 Contract with AOC Construction for Parks Director Office 06/17/2025 Resolution No. 64-2025
Resolution authorizing the City Manager to award a contract for the
construction of a new corridor and office for the Parks and Recreation
Department to AOC Construction, Inc in the amount of $55,948
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls 2024-25 budget includes $200,000 for
miscellaneous repairs and upgrades; and,
WHEREAS, AOC Construction, Inc submitted a low bid of $55,948.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute all documents necessary to
award a contract, in forms approved by the City Attorney, for the
construction of a new corridor and office for the Parks and Recreation
Department to AOC Construction, Inc in the amount of $55,948.
