Planning and Zoning Commission Notice - 06/11/2025 NOTICE OF MEETING MEETING: Planning & Zoning Commission DATE: Wednesday, June 11, 2025 TIME: 2:00 p.m. LOCATION: Seminar Room, MPEC, 1000 5th Street, Wichita Falls, Texas AGENDA I.Call to Order II. Comments from the public to members of the Planning and Zoning Commission concerning items not on the Planning & Zoning Commission Agenda. People wishing to address the Commission should sign up prior to the meeting commencing. A five-minute time frame will be adheredto for those addressing their concerns. III. Adoption of Minutes –May 14, 2025 IV.Regular Agenda C 25-11 2312 Doris Street –Request to allow for a carport in the required front setback in the Single Family -2 (SF-2) zoning district. R 25-05 4700 Gregg Road –Request to rezone +/-30.23 acres of land from Single Family-1 (SF-1) to Single Family 2 (SF-2) and +/-9.39 acres of land from Single Family -1 (SF-1) to General Commercial (GC) zoning district both located at 4700 Gregg Rd. (43.06 Acres, Block 12, Denton County School Lands, LG2); and amend the Land Use Plan from Low Density Residential to Commercial to allow for the construction of standard lot residential subdivision and commercial development. V.Other Business Workshop/discussion of zoning ordinances withregardtothe following items: City Council Update –R 25-04 5201-5207 Stone Lake Dr. Creation of a special overlay district for the Heart of the Falls Neighborhood Revitalization Area – Neighborhood Engagement Event – June 14, 2025 th 89Texas Legislative Session Update VIII. Adjourn Every item on this agenda shall be considered a public hearing and citizens may appear at the beginning of this meeting and request to speak on any item.
