THENCE N 85' 48' 37' E with the North line of said 22.79 acres tract, the South line of said Spragins tract, and generally with fence, a distance of 32.08 feet to an iron rod found at the Northeast corner of said 22.79 acres tract, an ell corner in said Spragins tract, for the most Northerly Northeast corner of this tract;
