Ord 06-2025 Rezone 1446 Trout St. From SF-2 to RMU 02/04/2025 Ordinance No. 06-2025 Ordinance rezoning 1446 Trout St. (.75 acres, Block 10, A-296, -J) from Single Family -2 (SF-2) to Residential Mixed Use (RMU) zoning district and amend the Land Use Plan from Low Density Residential to High Density Residential WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission considered the proposed zoning change at its January 8, 2025 meeting, and voted to recommend approval of this request; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed this request and has determined the herein described Zoning amendment is in the public interest. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: 1 . 1446 Trout St. (.75 acres, Block 10, A-296, J) as depicted on the attached map incorporated in this ordinance as Attachment "1", is hereby rezoned from Single Family -2 (SF-2) to Residential Mixed Use (RMU). 2. The area on the Land Use Map, as depicted on the attached map incorporated in this ordinance as Attachment "2", is hereby amended to change the area from Low Density Residential to High Density Residential.
