WICHITA FALLS FIREMEN'S RELIEF & RETIREMENT FUND
Notice is hereby given that on the 20th day of November 2024, the Board of Trustees of the Wichita Falls
Firemen's Relief& Retirement Fund will hold the regular monthly board meeting at 3 pm in the conference
room of MWH Group, P.C. located at 624 Indiana Ave., Wichita Falls, TX. The Items to be discussed or
considered or upon which any formal action may be taken are listed below in the agenda.
AGENDA:
1. Call to Order.
2. Invitation for Public Comment.
3. Discussion and approval of the minutes of the meeting held on October 16, 2024.
4. Financial Report:
A. Review and approval of Assets.
B. Review and approval of Expenses.
5. New Business:
A. Discussion and possible action to approve the Lease Renewal Addendum to extend
the current office lease for 1 year through November 2025 with MWH Group, PC.
B. Discussion and possible action to approve the refund of contributions to Shawn
Schroeder.
C. Discussion and possible action to approve the disability retirement benefits for
Athony Smith.
D. Discussion and possible action to approve a new member into the Fund.
E. Discussion and possible action on setting a date and time for the Members
Meeting to accept nominations for firefighter trustee and setting a date for the
election.
6. Old Business:
A. Discussion and possible action on TLFFRA governance support letter.
B. Discussion and possible action on the Plan's Valuation and FSRP.
