1. Call to Order
Chairman Filer called the meeting to order.
2. Approval of Minutes
Commission Members
Chairman Filer called for approval of the minutes of the meeting of December 20, 2004.
Mr. Monaghan so moved; the motion was seconded by Chairman Filer, and unanimously
approved.
3. Executive Session
The Commission then adjourned to executive session. (Note: James Harris arrived for the
meeting at the beginning of the executive session; Bob Monaghan left the meeting midway
through the executive session.)
4. Reconvene in Open Session
Chairman Filer called the meeting back to order in open session at 6:55 p.m.
5. Take Action (if any) as a Result of Executive Session
No action was announced.
6. Adjourn
Chairman Filer called for a motion to adjourn. Dr. Harris so moved, seconded by
Chairman Filer, and the meeting adjourned.
