1. Call to Order

Chairman Filer called the meeting to order at 2:04 p.m. He explained to members of the
media and public in attendance that the Commission would meet that afternoon, and also had
meetings scheduled for the next day (Saturday), and Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of the
next week. The Commission is not prepared at this time to share information with the public, due
to the fact that they are still in the process of gathering information.
2. Approval of Minutes
Chairman Filer called for a motion to approve the minutes from the September 30, 2004
meeting. Dr. Harris so moved, seconded by Mr. Monaghan. The motion unanimously carried.
Chairman Filer then called for a motion to approve the December 2, 2004 meeting
minutes. Dr. Harris again so moved, seconded by Mr. Monaghan. The motion unanimously
carried.
3. Executive Session
The Commission then adjourned to executive session at 2:05 p.m.
4. Reconvene in Open Session
Chairman Filer called the meeting back to order in open session at 5:07 p.m.

Chairman Filer called for a motion to adjourn. Dr. Harris so moved, seconded by
Mr. Monaghan, and the meeting adjourned at 5:07 p.m.
