Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Execute A Professional
Services Agreement With Biggs And Mathews, Inc. For Engineering
Services For The Hike And Bike Trail From Lucy Park To Seymour
Highway Project In An Estimated Total Amount Of $330,000
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has determined that Biggs and Mathews,
Inc., is qualified to provide Engineering Services for the City of Wichita Falls; and
WHEREAS, it is found that the Engineering Services for the Hike and Bike Trail
from Lucy Park to Seymour Highway Project is an estimated total of$330,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute the attached Professional Services
Agreement with Biggs and Mathews, Inc. for Engineering Services for the Hike and
Bike Trail from Lucy Park to Seymour Highway Project, with such changes as are
approved by the City Attorney, in an estimated total amount of$330,000.00.
