III. Action Item: Design Review— 1703 Haves — Request authorization for extensive improvements/
renovations to the house and garage, including: roof replacement/reconstruct rear flat roof with
new pitch and north/south orientation; construct a metal carport with roof pitch to match existing
garage; enclose outdoor space between garage and house for utility room; repair/replace
deteriorated sections of siding; replace windows; enlarge front entry porch to 12ft x 15ft and
various utility system upgrades. (West Floral Heights HD)

IV. Action Item: Design Review— 1701 Grant— Request authorization to retain a rear detached
garage addition constructed void of permits utilizing an existing slab footprint from a partially
