NOTICE OF MEETING MEETING: Planning & Zoning Commission DATE: Wednesday, September 11, 2024 TIME: 2:00 p.m. LOCATION: Seminar Room, MPEC, 1000 5th Street, Wichita Falls, Texas AGENDA I. Call to Order II. Comments from the public to members of the Planning and Zoning Commission concerning items not on the Planning & Zoning Commission Agenda. People wishing to address the Commission should sign up prior to the meeting commencing. A five-minute time frame will be adhered to for those addressing their concerns. III. Adoption of Minutes —August 14, 2024 IV. Consent Agenda P 24-35 Rancho Vista Place, Lots 6-7, Block 39— Final Plat V. Regular Agenda Case C 24-21 507 South Rosewood Avenue Consider taking action on a conditional use to allow for the development of a manufactured home in a Single-Family 2 Residential (SF-2) zoning district. Case C 24-22 724 Indiana Avenue Consider taking action on a conditional use to allow for an indoor amusement use (escape room) in the Central Business District (CBD). VI. Director's Update VII.
