Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a professional
services agreement with Insight Global, LLC for the placement of
temporary employees previously budgeted and planned for within the
City of Wichita Falls budget
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls needs specialized employees for certain
positions with the IT department; and,
WHEREAS, Insight Global, LLC has the capability to place specialized employees
on a temporary basis for the benefit of the City of Wichita Falls, and was selected as the
most qualified to perform the necessary services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute a professional service agreement, in a
form approved by the City Attorney, with Insight Global, LLC for the placement of
temporary employees previously budgeted for.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 3rd day of September, 2024.
