Resolution of the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas,
Authorizing the Execution of a Separation Agreement with City
Manager Darron Leiker; Finding and Determining that the Meeting at
which this Resolution was Passed was Open to the Public as Required
by Law.
WHEREAS, Darron Leiker is the current City Manager of the City of Wichita Falls;
and
WHEREAS, Darron Leiker has provided valuable leadership and service to the
City of Wichita Falls for over 23 years;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1 . The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a separation agreement
with Darron Leiker pursuant to his Professional Services Agreement. This agreement
shall be approved as to form by the City Attorney.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at which
this Resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
