Res 095-2024 Award Bid for Annual Unleaded Gas and Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel 08/20/2024 Resolution No. 95-2024
Resolution authorizing award of bid for the City's estimated annual
supply of unleaded gasoline and low sulfur diesel fuel to Haigood &
Campbell, LLC
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for its
estimated annual requirement of unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel; and,
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on July 16, 2024; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase fuel for the City's fleet.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Authorization is granted to award the bid for the purchase of the City's estimated
annual requirement of unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel to Haigood & Campbell, LLC.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 20th day of August, 2024.
