Resolution authorizing the award of bid for the City's estimated annual
requirement of Ready-Mix Concrete and Flowable Fill to Falls
Concrete, LLC.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the City's
estimated annual requirement of ready mix concrete and flowable fill; and
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on May 17, 2024; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase ready mix concrete and flowable
fill for use by various city departments during the next twelve-month period.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Authorization is granted to award the bid for the City's estimated annual
requirement of Ready-Mix Concrete and Flowable Fill to Falls Concrete, LLC.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 4th day of June, 2024.
