Resolution authorizing the City Manager to award contract for the 2024
Sanitation Dumpster Maintenance to Gloria Villarreal Welding
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for proposals for the 2024
Sanitation Dumpster Maintenance; and
WHEREAS, it is found that the most responsible bidder is Gloria Villarreal Welding,
who made a unit price proposal for services in an estimated amount of $250,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price proposal for the 2024 Sanitation Dumpster Maintenance is awarded
to Gloria Villarreal Welding, in an estimated total amount of $250,000.00, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for the
construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 4th day of June 2024.
