1. Call to Order
Mayor Santellana called the meeting to order at 3:12 p.m.
2. Approval of Minutes (01/27/2020)
Glenn Barham moved to approve the minutes from January 27, 2020. The motion
was seconded by Jeff Browning and carried unanimously.
3. Workshop
Kinley Hegglund presented ballot proposals and changes to the charter. The
following changes were proposed:
Sec. 21 a—Change back to the original wording and remove from ballot proposition
IV.
Sec. 74 — Change back to original wording and remove from ballot proposition II.
Various typographical errors were corrected.
4. Adjourn
Mayor Santellana adjourned the meeting at 4:12 p.m.
