1. Call to Order
Mayor Santellana called the meeting to order at 3:01 p.m.
2. Public Hearing and Introductory Power Point Presentation
Mayor Santellana opened the public hearing at 3:01 p.m.
Kinley Hegglund, City Attorney, presented a PowerPoint presentation and gave
an overview of the Charter, the purpose of the Charter, what the Charter may
provide for, and the Charter Amendment Election process. Meetings of the
Charter Review Committee will be held monthly to review the charter section by
section. The Committee will complete its review by June of 2020, and provide
recommendations to the City Council for any amendments.
There were no comments from the public.
Mayor Santellana closed the public hearing at 3:29 p.m.
3. Discuss Dates for Monthly Committee Workshops.

Mr. Hegglund suggested monthly meetings from 3:00 — 5:00 p.m. A choice of
dates for the next meeting will be emailed to members to determine the next
meeting date.
6. Adjourn.
Mayor Santellana adjourned the meeting at 3:31 p.m.
