WICHITA FALLS FIREMEN'S RELIEF & RETIREMENT FUND
Notice is hereby given that on the 17th day of April 2024, the Board of Trustees of the Wichita Falls
Firemen's Relief& Retirement Fund will hold the regular monthly board meeting at 3 pm in the conference
room of MWH Group, P.C. located at 624 Indiana Ave., Wichita Falls, TX. The Items to be discussed or
considered or upon which any formal action may be taken are listed below in the agenda.

2. Invitation for Public Comment.

A. Tony Kay with AndCo Consulting to present the Pt Quarter 2024 Investment
Performance Review.
4. Discussion and approval of the minutes of the meeting held on March 20, 2024.
5. Financial Report:
A. Review and approval of Assets.
B. Review and approval of Expenses.
6. New Business:
A. Discussion and possible action to approve the 1st Quarter Investment Review
presented by Tony Kay.
B. Discussion and possible action to approve a consent to the Mariner
acquisition.
C. Discussion and possible action to approve the review of the Plan's Investment
Policy.
D. Discussion and possible action to approve the funding for members to attend
the 2024 TLFFRA Peer Review Training to be held in Tyler, TX on May 2nd
& 3rd, 2024.
