7, in the West right—of—way line of Borland Lane, at the Southeast corner of Lot 3—A, Block
7, said Priddy Subdivision, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 55' 56" W with the East line of said Part of Lot 3 Replat of Block 7 and the
West line of Borland Lane, adistance of 143.05 feet to a bent iron rod found at the
Southeast corner of said Part of Lot 3 Replat of Block 7, at the Northeast corner of Lot
2—A, Block 7, said Priddy Subdivision, In the West line of Borland Lane, for the Southeast
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 79' 13' 21" W with the South line of said Part of Lot 3 Replat of Block 7 and the
North line of said Lot 2—A, a distance of 296.28 feet to an iron rod found at the Southwest
corner of said Part of Lot 3 Replat of Block 7, at the Northwest corner of said Lot 2—A, in
the East line of a tract of land conveyed to Johnny Lam according to the deed recorded in
Document #201615343, Official Public Records of Wichita County, for the Southwest corner of
this tract;
THENCE N 00' 23' 42" E with the West line of said Part of Lot 3 Replat of Block 7, with the
East line of said Lam tract, a distance of 145.68 feet to an iron rod found at the Northwest
corner of said Part of Lot 3 Replat of Block 7 and the Southwest corner of said Lot 3—A, in
the East line of said Lam tract, for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 78' 46' 12" E with the North line of said Part of Lot 3 Replat of Block 7 and the
South line of said Lot 3—A, a distance of 298.08 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 0.97 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owner(s) of the land shown on this plat and whose name(s) is/are
subscribed hereto, and In person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the
