Res 032-2024 Purchase 172 Panasonic Toughbooks from CDW Government LLC 04/02/2024 Resolution No. 32-2024
Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents
necessary to purchase 172 Panasonic Toughbooks from CDW
Government LLC in the amount of $727,099.04
WHEREAS, the City's 2023-24 budget includes funds to replace 172 Panasonic
Toughbooks that are in excess of 4 years old and are no longer supported by
warranty; and,
WHEREAS, bids were received from various State DIR Vendors for the purchase
of these computers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute all documents necessary to
purchase 172 Panasonic Toughbooks from CDW Government LLC in the
amount of approximately $727,099.04.
