THENCE S 89' 07' 27" E with the North line of said Lot 5 and the South right—of—way line
of Harding Street, a distance of 24.99 feet to an iron rod set for the Northeast corner of
said West Y2 of Lot 5 and the Northwest corner of the East Ys of Lot 5, Block 5, said
Bateson Second Addition, in the South line of Harding Street, for the Northeast corner of this
tract;
THENCE S 00' 31' 10" W a distance of 110.00 feet to an iron rod set in the South line of
said Lot 5, in the North line of a 10' alley, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 13' 35" W with the South line of said Lot 5 and the North line of a 10' alley,
a distance of 25.04 feet to an iron rod set at the Southwest corner of said Lot 5 and the
Southeast corner of said Lot 4, in the North line of a 10' alley, for the Southwest corner of
this tract;
THENCE N 00' 32' 35" E with the West line of said Lot 5 and the East line of said Lot 4, a
distance of 110.04 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.06 acre of land.
