this tract;
THENCE N 78' 22' 41" W, with the North line of Anchor Road and the South line of said
McCoy tract a distance of203.07 feet to an iron rod set, for the Southwest corner of this
tract;
THENCE N 00. 07' 34" W, at 3.7 feet pass afence line, at 2,127.3 feet pass a reference rod
set and continuing on the some course a total distance of 2199.12 feet to a point in the
South bank of the Big Wichita River at the Northwest corner of said McCoy tract, for the
Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 70' 08 00" E, with the South bank of the Big Wichita River and the North line of
said McCoy tract a distance of 211.22 feet to a point at the Northeast corner of said McCoy
tract and the Northwest corner of said Lot 3, for. the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 07' 34" E, with the East line of said McCoy tract and the West line of said
Lot 3 at 71.5 feet pass a reference rod set, at 2240.3 feet pass a fence line and continuing
on the some course a total distance of 2311.81. feet to the PLACE of BEGINNING and
containing 10.29 acres of land. -
