consideration for various exterior improvements/alterations related to a full building renovation
project. Exterior alterations proposed: 1.replace non-original aluminum steel windows; 2.remove
non-original drive-thru kiosk and replace with arched topped window; 3.re-pointing brick facade
and cast terracotta elements on city hall building areas up to 10ft on 1st floor; 4.installation of new
butted-glass window wall system inset behind 7th St main entry portals enclosing entry vestibule;
and, 5.redesign grounds/accessibility leading to main entrance with a two-tier plaza, new
landscaping, signage and monuments. (Wichita Falls Landmark No. 2)
