The meeting of the Wichita Falls Arts Commission was called to order at
12: 00 P.M. by Chairperson, Carolyn Sanders. The reading of the minutes was
suspended by a motion from Heather Tedford and seconded by Henry Dvorken.
Presentations were then heard from the following organizations requesting
funding:

At the conclusion of the presentations, Henry Dvorken moved that all
organizations be funded. The Commission voted unanimously to do so.
Heather Tedford then moved that each organization be recommended for the
full amount of that organization' s request. The Commission voted
unanimously to recommend this to the City Council.
A discussion took place concerning the idea that the Wichita Falls
Community Messiah consider rotating their performance each year to various
locations so that the public participation would be greater. No action was
taken.
