A G E N D A • First Meeting of the Wichita Falls Arts Commission
I. The seventeen members should decide who will
serve one year and two year terms since the
terms of the appointees are for two year over-
lapping terms. This could be done by drawing
lots.
II. Select a chairman, vice chairman , and secretary
III. Establish meeting times with at least four
meetings held annually.
IV. Develop an agenda for the coming year as to
promotions and coordinative activities in
which you wish to be involved. Establish
priorities for the expenditure of the hotel-
motel occupancy tax funds which have been
designated for the promotion of the Arts.
