Meeting of February 3, 2003

I. Call To Order.
President Gary Shores called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.
II. Approval of Minutes (December 9, 2002).
Jim Berzina moved, seconded by Gary Shores, that the minutes be approved.
The motion carried.
III. Executive Session to Consider Real Estate Acquisition Matters, as
Authorized by Section 551.072 of the TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE.
Board President Gary Shores announced the Board was now in executive
session. Discussion occurred concerning the scheduled topic, and no other matters
were discussed. President Shores then adjourned the executive session and resumed
the Board's meeting.
IV. Adjourn.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 4:30 p.m.
