I. Call To Order.
President Gary Shores called the meeting to order at 10:05 a.m.
II. Approval of Minutes — August 18, 2003
Bo Stahler moved, seconded by Lou Rodriguez, that the minutes of the meeting of
August 18, 2003 be approved. The motion carried.
III. Executive Session, as Authorized by Section 551.087 of the TEXAS
GOVERNMENT CODE.
The Board then adjourned into executive session, as authorized by Section 551.087
of the TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE, to discuss and deliberate a possible economic
development incentive agreement.
IV. Adjourn.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 10:50 a.m.
