Resolution authorizing award of bid to Retail Motorcycle Ventures, Inc.
for the purchase of three (3) BMW Police Motorcycles for the Wichita
Falls Police Department in the amount of$92,933.31
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
purchase of three (3) police motorcycles; and
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on January 2, 2024; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase three (3) police motorcycles for
the Wichita Falls Police Department Motors Division.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Authorization is granted to award bid for three (3) police motorcycles to Retail
Motorcycle Ventures, Inc. in the amount of $92,933.31 .
