Notice is hereby given that on the 17th day of January 2024, the Board of Trustees of the Wichita Falls
Firemen's Relief& Retirement Fund will hold the regular monthly board meeting at 3 pm in the conference
room of MWH Group, P.C. located at 624 Indiana Ave., Wichita Falls, TX. The Items to be discussed or
considered or upon which any formal action may be taken are listed below in the agenda.

A. Election of Officers for the 2024 Board of Trustees.
B. Discussion and possible action to approve the letter of engagement with
Henry & Peters to conduct the 2023 Audit.

Lieutenant Bruce Deeb.
