Mark Beauchamp stated they are waiting to see if TXDOT will release a new
Safe Cross to School funding program which will help get some of the project
accomplished.

from Walmart, Hastings, McDonald's, and Target.
New Business
1. Item 08 -04: Motorcycle Awareness (MAC)
Mark Beauchamp advised a member of the MAC was to fill out the
application to apply for this commission. Mr. Beauchamp is working with
both the MAC and the Bicycle Coalition to develop a public awareness
campaign. Both organizations have similar ideas to get the awareness out
concerning alternative modes of transportation. They are working to get a
couple of service campaigns out. These two organizations will tie in with the
PSA being developed by this commission concerning duties following a motor
vehicle accident.
