Mark Beauchamp discussed the following:
The city is in the process of upgrading equipment to be utilized for
controlling and programming traffic signals. Testing has been
completed and a choice will be made soon on the equipment to be
purchased. The current system is over ten years old and outdated.
Of the 104 intersections, approximately 25 will be updated now.
