CALL TO ORDER:
Penny Miller called the meeting to order at 1:30 pm. The minutes of August 26,
2010 meeting were put before the board. Ben (Chip) Filer made the motion to
accept the minutes and Stephen Garner seconded the motion. Minutes were
approved.

NEW BUSINESS:
The Board took a tour of the new Pond off Southwest Parkway.
Scott McGee — Shared amenities with Board
Terry Points — Answered specific questions about work being done now and in
future plans.

Motion was made by Ben (Chip) Filer to adjourn meeting at 1:42 pm and Steve
Gardner seconded the motion. Approved.
