OLD BUSINESS:
1. Discussion of Lake Wichita and Park Improvement committees.
Penny Miller, chairperson for the Lake Wichita Committee let the Board know

same page. There will be another meeting on Monday, March Vt at 10:00 in
room 202 of the W. F. Recreation Center.
The Park Improvement Committee has not met yet.
OTHER ITEMS:
Councilor Jim Ginnings was asking about property owners volunteering to
maintain the trails that back up to their properties. This might be helpful to the
Parks department, especially with the economy the way it is. Jack Murphy said he
would talk to Terry Points and check into it.
Penny Miller let the Board know that the Texas Master Naturalist will be cleaning
around Plum Lake after the Fishing Rodeo on Saturday, March 6th.
She also wanted to know what happened to the spring cleanup program the City
had at one time. Mr. Murphy will try to find out and get back to her.
Alan Donaldson wanted to let the members know that the Board has one member
that has missed the last seven meetings which span over nine months. Mr.
Donaldson recommends that Robert Riddle be removed from the Board due to
unexcused absences.
Penny Miller made the motion to remove Robert Riddle from the board due to non
