I. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:05 p.m.
II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES -.TUNE 25, 2008
Tim Chase noted the `800' figure on the last page of the minutes should read `800,000.'
Dave Lilley noted that his name was incorrectly typed as `Dale' on that page. Gary McLendon
moved seconded by Dave Lilley, that the minutes be approved as corrected. The motion
unanimously carried.
III. EXECUTIVE SESSION — DELIBERATIONS REGARDING ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT INCENTIVES, AS AUTHORIZED BY §551.087 OF THE GOVT. CODE.
Vice Chairman Bo Stahler adjourned the meeting into executive session at 5:07, and
reconvened the regular session at 5:52. He declared that no votes were taken during the executive
session.

IV. ADJOURN.
Mr. Lilley moved seconded by Mr. McLendon, that the meetinjz be adjourned. The
motion unanimously carried, and the meeting � as adjourned at 5:52 p.m.
