I. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Ms. Purtle at 3:30 p.m.
II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Minutes of the meeting of March 23 were unanimously approved after a motion for approval was made
and seconded provided that the minutes were amended to reflect that the Kemp Center plans were
unanimously approved.
III. REVIEW OF SIGN FOR 612 SEVENTH STREET
Ms. Purtle asked for clarification on how the sign would be erected. The sign was unanimously
approved.
IV. OTHER BUSINESS
There was a brief discussion of the ceremony at the post office.
